Spenser learned his trade from the ground up. He has 15 years’ experience in field management and has worked on a variety of residential and commercial projects. Prior to joining Neil Kelly, Spenser ran his own remodeling firm before transitioning into project management.
Spenser knows what it takes to manage complex projects with many moving parts. As a design build project manager, Spenser is known for his efficiency and thoroughness when briefing clients, working with trade vendors, supervising carpenters, and coordinating with Neil Kelly designers and other team members.
Spenser shares that “making clients happy” is his number one priority, while his attention to detail is appreciated by all.
