Decided to improve our home's energy efficiency through the Enhabit program and selected Neil Kelly to do the job. NK did an outstanding job throughout the entire process. Fantastic technical skills on the home energy performance assessment and then presented a clear proposal on how to improve our house. After agreeing to the project and related costs with no surprises, the scheduling and completion of the project was top notch! A great staff who are knowledgeable, friendly and professional. I highly recommend this family-owned business and would not hesitate to have them design and build our next home.

I reached out to Neil Kelly to do some work at my house. I had tried other companies, but no call backs. From start to finish, Parks, from Neil Kelly was responsive, professional and timely- and a delight to work with, to get us scheduled. We had some lights switched out and they did an excellent job. Initially we thought there might be a need to do some small ceiling repair, after installing lights in the dining room, but our journeyman technician Ron Jackson was amazing! He installed the fixtures perfectly and without having to repair the ceiling. Ron was efficient, personable and did a really nice job for us. We hired Neil Kelly to do a couple of "small" projects at our home; the more difficult one, and the one that was most important to us, was to address the weather damaged and rotting wood on a lot of the beam-infrastructure on our Northwest Contemporary home. They devised a system for addressing the rotted beams and then designed metal "caps" to cover the exposed ends so they did not continue to deteriorate. It was not a straightforward construction problem but they took it seriously and came up with a system that was extremely effective in addressing our concerns. They kept us informed at every step and the work was done efficiently and professionally. We are happy with the job and willing to recommend them for any construction projects.
