LEED Certified Home
This is a "net zero energy use" home, with solar tracking photovoltaic panels that follow the sun each day in every season. Over the course of a year, the panels generate more electricity than the home consumes, with the excess energy going back to the utility power grid. The 2,000 square foot home is not about size, but about thoughtful design and execution. Neil Kelly Company’s Custom Homes Division made their joint vision a reality and the home earned the west coast’s first LEED for Homes silver certification when completed in 2006.
